It transforms rage into sadness, sadness into, sight, sight into compassion, compassion into new life. It holds the death into new birth.

It has a deep instinct, fierce teeth and a strong jaw, it can bite, it can chew, it can tear apart and break down what ought to become something new.

It wants to sing through you, to open your throat, your heart. It protects the parts who have lost their voices, the parts that cannot scream when they need to, the parts who weren't heard when they said no. It growls for them, and it lights new life into their harts. It celebrates and nurtures the parts who have found meaning in speaking their truth. It carries and bathes the soul in holy sounds emanating from the collective heart of Life in All its Forms.
